My Slimming World Journey to an
Australian Bikini Body!!
I started slimming world last Tuesday after trying lots of diets for a few weeks and then losing will power. Heard lots of good things about slimming world and think weekly weigh ins will keep me on track! Plus girl in work (Jenniecakes) raves about it so here we go!!
Starting weight 12 stone 5. Would like to get down to 10 stone 7. My brother is moving temporarily to Australia so me and my boyfriend are planning on visiting him around November time so my target is to be bikini confident by then! I have a holiday in September too which is a nice halfway target.
Finding it good so far. Lots of variety and not been hungry yet! Had a bit of a nightmare today though, bought and ate a soup which i thought could be a healthy extra b but on checking today it was actually 19 syns for 600g carton, i had half. Oops!
Breakfast: Boiled egg + 2 x 400g brown bread (healthy extra b) + apple + banana
Lunch : Tesco leek and potato soup (oops!! 9.5 syns per half a carton) + kiwi + raspberries
Tea: Stir fry - Chicken, dry noodles, Blue dragon teryaki sauce (3 syns per half a pack)
Snack: Muller light yoghurt + strawberries
Past two days have been a bit better syn wise than today due to the soup issue ha.
