I do a mix of EE and green days, I don't like the texture of a lot of meat anymore. I work Mon-Thurs in a busy office so thought I'd start a diary to share what I have
Weds 11th June - EE day
breakfast: Oat so simple porridge (sultanas, raisins, cranberry & apple flavour) HEB + 2 syns *was told we could do this in Jan/Feb this year by old consultant, although I know it should be plain oats, but I'm using up what I have in cupboard and I've always done this and had no affect on weight loss but I don't promote it as such as it's technically not enough oats/fibre in the sachets*
Chopped banana on porridge and 1tsp acacia honey (1 syn)
Work snacks had through the day; banana, grapes, strawberries, apple, mullerlight mandarin flavour.
lunch: batchelors cup a pasta tomato and herb, warburtons sandwich thin (5 syns) with scrape of anchor light spreadable (1 syn)
dinner; quorn lamb grill, 3 x birds eye vegetable fingers (6 syns in total/2 each), carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. HEA of 40g cheddar sprinkled on dinner
dessert; Danio cherry yogurt (1.5 syns)
drinks; 4 pints of juice/fluid through the day and 6 mugs of Twinings green tea.
total syns: 16.5

just over on syns today, but I'm not concerned. Went shopping to Asda tonight so have more fruit and vege now.
