Charlotte's Final Embarkment to Target! Success Express and EE Days

Hi everyone,

Thought i'd share with you all my daily food diary. I'm just 11.5lb from target, and I'm determined more than ever to get this final few lb off before the end of August! What a better way to do it than by posting it daily on here, to motivate and also inspire others!

I'm now going to be doing 4 SE days a week (Tues-Fri), with EE being the rest until I reach my target! My WI is on a Saturday morning. I'll also include my exercise for the day for further inspiration.

Here we go!

THURSDAY 12TH JUNE - SUCCESS EXPRESS DAY

Didn't really feel well after Insanity today so just a real light dinner of a Hifi Bar and some grapes. Also very nervous about WI tomorrow! Not sure if I lose my appetite because of it. My FitBit has counted almost 17,000 steps today though! Also really looking forward to tomorrow as I'm collecting my bike, so from Monday i'll be biking down to the station of a morning on my way to and from work. Fingers crossed the scales are good for me tomorrow!
 
So I gained 0.5lb this week, which i'm slightly surprised at but at the same time not shocked as I did have over syn weekend! However i've made it my mission to make this weekend count so I can smash it at the scales this week! I've also picked up my new bike today so it means i'll be cycling 7 miles a day during the week to and from the station on my way to work so extra body magic is now being thrown in on top of all of the other things I do!
