Ok. So today was day 1. Really struggled to get my head around this idea of eating certain foods unlimited!? I've tried every other diet going including the dreaded meal replacement ones. Well needless to say none of them have gotten me to target; close but no cigar. So I'm tracking online and on paper but I guess doing it here means you lovely lot can give me pointers if I seem to be straying ...
