    Back... again - food diary

    Hi, after a few months away I'm skulking back no lighter than the last time I tried! Decided it's time to do it for good though and look at this as a healthy eating plan rather than a DIET.... Desperately want to look nice for my holiday and wedding abroad next year! So, here it goes... 100th food diary which I'll update everyday. I struggle with 1/3 super free as I'm super fussy but I always try and include some form of super free on my plate. It's a start in the right direction. Any tips/advice/scolding welcome. Need all the help I can get.

    Stuck to plan for two days. Know that isn't long, but it's the best I've done in a long time!! Today's menu so far....

    Breakfast: Bacon, mushroom and tomato sandwich (HEXB)
    Lunch: roast pork slices, mirco chips (3.5 syns) not the best but it was the best choice availabe!
    Dinner: Big mac in a bowl with SW chips (HEXA) + 2 syns for sauce

    Syns: quavers 4.5 syns
    sauce 2 syns
    micro chips 3.5
    total syns 10

    Lots of water and sugar free juice

    Hi here to subscribe! If you struggle having super free have you tried red and green days? There's no greater motivation than getting married is there to lose weight. Where are you getting married? It's 6 weeks until mine in Greece and I've lost nearly 3 stone, started last August. X

    Morning I'm starting the 30 day shred today which should be interesting... Looked at before and after pics on the internet, I'm expecting miracles for my holiday hehe

    Really enjoyed last nights dinner, Big Mac in a bowl, was yummy and probably better than the real thing
