Okay, so i needed some motivation -food diary HELP ME OUT!

Okay, so im not doing so well in the loosing weight part. im doing so well in not snacking on crap. Maybe a pack of french fries or the odd kitkat in the evening but thats nothing compared to what i was doing.
so as of today each evening i will write it all here.
even if ive been naughty ill write it all down so someone can please tell me where im going wrong!
Ive recently started walking too, my new pedometere tells me how many carbs ive burnt each day with just my walking too!
ill probs add that too along with my step count.
 
Make sure to drink more water and eat more super free if you've really upped your exercise. :) I've seen it mentioned in group 3 times now by people being upset that they maintained or had a small loss when they did a lot of exercise.
Also make sure to keep in your syns. I have to write all of mine down or I will go over. :(
Would it help if you pre-made some yummy snacks? I've started to do that and I think it helps. :) It deffo helps when the OH brings home naughty things and I get tempted.
Roasted veg is one of my favourite snacks.. Just bung it in the oven, spray with fry light and add some herbs and then snack on when they're cooked. :) Carrots are my personal fave.
 
Yeah, i think i need to start premaking some healthy snacks, i mostly snack on muller lights and either strawberries, raspberries or grapes atm.
lunch is my worst part as i normally have a sandwich but im trying to keep my hexb bread for breakfast or sometimes dinner.
i defo need to drink more water, i just dont like the taste of tap water, can i have it in no added sugar squash? will that help?
 
Yeah it should do. :) as long as you're getting it in it should help. :D Just make sure to keep hydrated :)

What about a tuna pasta salad for lunch? You can pre-make one and put it in a container so it's ready :) or a mugshot? Or a jacket potato?

Didnt add yesterdays, was so busy hardly ate anything as i wasnt feeling to good neither was my little boy and then to top it all off my 5 year old fell off her scooter last night while we was having our evening walk and has busted her nose and grazed all her face!
But today will be better!!

Thankyou Mini, still feeling run down today think this weekend will be a big catchup on sleep for us all. Teething 5 month old doesnt help either.
daughters just got grazes everywhere any a lump the size of a tennis ball on her forehead. hugs back :)

Hi - you're food diary looks great- just though if pop by and let you know about something I made for my lunch today because I'm like you and would normally have a sandwich for lunch. I made up a creamy cheese mugshot (think it's 3 syns) and then fried off some cubed ham, mushrooms, onions and mixed it in once the mugshot had thickened and then put it in the oven with my HEXA cheese allowance and it was honestly lovely and I'm stuffed!! X
 
ooh that sounds nice, would have to leave out the mushrooms though, i hate them! :(
im hoping when monday comes ive finally lost a lb or more! :)
