Robyns Summer Body Food Diary :)
Hey my name is Robyn I started slimming world the 6th of this month at 11 st 12 lbs... I currently weigh 11 st 91/2 lbs I had originally set a target for a 2 stone loss by the 10th September this year for my holidays. Not feeling that confident about it right now, I have started using the WII fit plus and a just dance game number 2 only this week, so hoping to keep that up now. Here is my food diary as of today so far :)
Breakfast: I just had eggs with diluted orange sugar free
Little Break in my course: I had weetabix as my HEB and milk as my HEA, a banana and water
Big break: i had a baked potato with chicken, onions, stuffing with taco sauce and water
syns: Taco sauce on my baked potato was 2 syns and stuffing was 2 syns also so thats 4!! :D..
I am open to advice also :D thanks for looking xxx
