One stone at a time
Hi everyone! I've started diaries on here before and stopped but I'm determined to carry this one on. I joined slimming world on Friday 13th June 2014! Today was my 2nd weigh in and I'm down 1st1.5lbs! I'm so pleased with the plan and my progress so far! I have a lot of weight to lose; my starting weight was 24st10lbs and I now weigh 23st8.5lbs. My ultimate goal is to be 12stone but that's a long way off!
Some days I eat 4 meals a day especially if I'm doing a late at work. Like today, I started work at half 12 and got my lunch break at half 1 so I can't go from half 1 to getting home at 10 without eating so I sometime have 2 evening meals essentially!
B: 2 linda mccartney red onion & rosemary sausages
3 scrambled egg
Small can baked beans
2 bacon medallions
L: 1 white sandwich thin (5syns)
Chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber
1tbsp ex light mayo (1syn)
Cheese puffs (3.5syns)
(Tea at work) 2 sw sausage rolls using 2 sandwich thins and 2 quorn hot dogs (6syns)
HexA 3 babybel light
HexB 2 hifi light bars
Syns used: 15.5

I've found today hard for some reason. I haven't struggled at all the last 2 weeks but today I just feeling like I want to sit and have a big pig out! (I haven't though!)
