    My food diary - I will be slim

    Hello everyone. This is my first diary so I hope you all like it. Im hoping this will help keep me on track!

    A little bit about me. Im a SAHM to 2 girls. I start College in September and I want to be slim and confidant not shy and frumpy so I started sw on 1st July at 14stone and a size 16. I am currently 13 st 4lbs and a size 14. I can't wait to get into the 12 stones only 5lbs to go!

    Last year I lost a lot of weight (about 2 1/2 stone) by calorie counting and then I did a mixture of calorie counting and the fast diet. It worked but then I piled all the weight back on over winter Im hoping by following slimming world I can keep it all off this time!

    One thing I hate is exercising but I am going to get myself a bike and im thinking that that will be some good exercise for me and the kids will be able to join in then too.

    So know you know a little about me I will start on the food diary!

    So today is July 1st. My July challenge is to lose 10lbs, save 50, to do about 3 red days pw and to have no cheat days (except for my brothers 21st this friday!).

    Today is a red day.

    BREAKFAST: quorn sausages, roasted red onion, roasted tomatoes and scambled egg

    Im doing it at home. I just don't have the time or childcare to go to group! Im doing ok at the minute but if I get stuck then I will go to a group
    I am doing an access to health course, I will be studying Biology, Health studies and Psychology. Are you working or anything?

    DINNER: Beef rolls x2 (heb) with low low cheese (hea) and salad and a little mayo and mustard.

    Hi Danielle, here to sub, food looks great so far.
    I'm similar height and weight - lost nearly 20 lbs last year, but piled most of it back on over winter thru comfort eating/drinking and lack of exercise. Still having trouble getting re-motivated, so will pop back here for inspiration!

    hi no not working at the moment im a stay at home mum to 3 children but my youngest has just turned one so looking for evening work as hubby works in the day.College course sounds really interesting Do you find better losses with red days? I normally do green x

    Im really excited I think its going to be fab! How old are your kids? Mine are 2 and 7.
    I dont really do many green days but I definitely find I lose more doing a few red days rather then all EE.

    LUNCH: Tuna salad - leafy green letuce, red lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, spring onion, red pepper and sweetcorn and 1 tbsp lighter then light mayo (1syn)
    SNACK: 3 white choc bubbley bites (7 1/2 syns) grapes
    DINNER: Beef burgers with low low cheese (HEA) bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, gerkins, 2 wholemeal rolls (HEB) and coleslaw with 1 tbsp mayo (1syn)
    SNACK: Options hot choc (2syns)

    I went from a size 8-10 to a size 16 with both of my girls :-( Im losing it now though!
