A healthier happier me :)
I have only started SW today, have tried it before but gave up after a few weeks this time I plan to join online so I can keep track of what I eat. I am to scared to go to a group.
I have to loose over half my body weight to get to my goal that's sooooo scary...!
Bread (HEA) Salmon, salad and an orange
ww crisps 4syns
Chicken breast, mushrooms and onions in light spray oil
Skimmed milk in tea coffees (HEB)
600mls of water
I need to go shopping to get some healthy snacks but at mo I am using up bits in the cupboard/freezer!
Any help would be fab :)
