A healthier happier me :)
I have only started SW today, have tried it before but gave up after a few weeks this time I plan to join online so I can keep track of what I eat. I am to scared to go to a group.
I have to loose over half my body weight to get to my goal that's sooooo scary...!
Bread (HEA) Salmon, salad and an orange
ww crisps 4syns
Chicken breast, mushrooms and onions in light spray oil
Skimmed milk in tea coffees (HEB)
600mls of water
I need to go shopping to get some healthy snacks but at mo I am using up bits in the cupboard/freezer!
Any help would be fab

Ok....Got my HEA and B`s the wrong way round-this is going to take some getting used too!
If you're confused extra easy is.. extra easy to follow, lol
On the main sw page on minimins there is a great for newbies thread that helped me a lot. Maybe have a read of it? It could help a lot
Hea is milk and cheeses. Heb bread stuff and all if that helps. Mind has gone blank for the word lol

Doing a EE day...
2 x egg and bread (heb) nectarine and apple
couscous packet 2 syns, chicken and mixed veggies
skimmed milk in teas coffee (hea)
Curly wurly 6 syns

Good luck im a newbie too just joined here this week and started SW in mid May its been great i am over half way there already having gained 3stone a couple of years ago and failed to lose it despite every diet under the sun!! In fact most of the low carb high protein diets ended up with me gaining more...so for 2 years i have gained and lost 10to 12lbsand got really depressed about it.
SW is great once you understand the basics..you can and need to eat loads....always your hea and heb and your syns...im on EE as trying to understand different plans is too hard for me...i have just fractured my foot and will be. Immobile for up to 12 weeks so. Am trying to do success express now to stop any gain while i cant move its just like EE but every meal needs to be 2/3 super free 1/3 free and snacks need to be super free like fruit so its still quite easy too
Elvisfan, so sorry to hear about your foot, I hope you are not in to much pain.
I keep losings and gaining the same stone through healthy eating.
I like SW cause of all the free food.

Have had a tough day emotionally today BUT...I haven't turned to food for comfort, like I normally would-eat a whole packet of biscuits or crisps.
2 x soft boiled eggs
3 ryvita (heb) salmon, cue and tomatoes and cherries
weetibix biscuit milk and cerals 2.5 syns
2 x aldi light benefit bars apple and sultana (heb)
Chicken, carrot and swede mash, 2 aldi Yorkshire 5 syns
350 mls skimmed milks in drinks (hea)
