Morning ladies....decided that I need to give myself a kick this morning, I've got a 4 month old little girl and up until the last month I had managed to get rid of 2st of my baby weight (1st to go) although I want to lose another 2st on top of that......this last month has consisted of me comfort eating and putting on 6lb which has depressed me even more, I seem to start the day out good but then at night eat everything in sight :mad:

Today is a new fresh start, I am going to do this not only is it affecting how I feel but it's affecting my family as I'm sad.

so here goes, I am going to do it with hopefully with the help from some new friends that I am going to meet.....

Healthy extra B 2x wetabix
healthy extra A on semi skimmed milk

B- wetabix with strawberries and milk

L jacket potato with cottage cheese and salad

D turkey steaks with tinned new potatoes and veg and gravy 3 syns

S 2 plums, banana,apple,grapes and a aldi yogurt 2 syns aldi cereal bar 3

Thanks tink87 if I get hungry later I might have a cereal bar xx
 
Today's gone much better than yesterday I'm not as hungry menu for today.

B- 2 x wetabix with banana and milk hea a and b
aldi cereal bar (3syns)
D- omelette with 2 eggs loads of mushrooms and ham grapes and strawberries
2 sesame ryvita ( need to find syns out)
T- Turkey, peas, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, gravy and tinned new potatoes (3 syns)
 
Just gone to update my profile and it's actually 5lb haha even better, best not expect that next week lol x
