11 weeks to my holiday
starting today and going to write a food diary to hopefully keep me on track will be mainly EE feel free to but in and help me out
breakfast:strawberries ,grapes mushroom omlette with onions and tomatoes excercise:30 mins dog walking will probably take him out for another 30 mins later going to also try and drink lots of water
dinner:couscous veg stock cube cucumber peppers and sliced chicken followed by grapes
