    Enjoying healthy food

    Heres my EE diary

    Well today should be my weigh day but unfortunately my glass bathroom scales have died :-( but on the bright side I am starting group friday next week so I will wait and weigh in then.....atleast it will be a big number to spur me on lol..

    So sorry your scales have died ..... don't be disappointed if you don't show a loss at group.... you have to remember that all scales weigh different..... don't forget to measure too

    Aww thanks...I managed to hop on my neighbours scales today and hers show ive lost 4lbs...which im very happy with :-)
