SW for Life, Good Days & Bad Days!!

Hello,

My name is Gavin & I live in the South of England....
I started my weight loss journey in October 2011 weighing in at 27st 12lb ?!!
In March 2012 I joined my local SW class after only losing just 1st in 7 months doing my own thing....
By October 2012 I had lost a further 6st 5lbs and was loving losing the weight & buying new (smaller) clothes....
For the next year I yo-yo'd and on 27th October 2013 I ran the Great South Run weighing 21st....
But I celebrated my achieve as I only know how, yes a week off SW, this turned into a month, which turned in to three months, which turned in to six months, etc....
Now on the 21st July 2014 I weigh 25st 2lb, 4st 9lb higher than my lowest weigh, all of my clothes don't fit (I binned clothes as I lost) and I'm feeling well "Pissed Off ?" with myself for letting myself get back in to my old bad habits!!
I have been writing diaries for this, diaries for that but only posted when I was good and on it....
This Diary is gonna be different (hopefully), I shall be posting the Bad to go with the Good & I shall be looking to re-join a group very shortly!!
So here goes my Diary....Enjoy ?

0800 Breakie
Porridge (HE B) with Cinnamon & Skimmed Milk (HE A).

1245 Lunch
Chicken Salad with Salad Cream (3 Syn's), Apple, Banana & Yoghurt (2 Syn's).

1715 Snack
Apple, Banana, Yoghurt.

1825 Dinner
Peri Peri Chicken, Jacket Potato & Veg.

2030 Snack
Mug Shot, Banana & 2 x Satsuma's.

Daily Syn's: 5/15

Peri Peri Chicken, Jacket Potato & Veg.

2000 Snack
Mug Shot, Apple, Banana & Satsuma.

Jacket Potato, Chicken Mayo (2 Syn's) & Salad with Salad Cream (3 Syn's).

1700 Snack
Apple, Banana, Yoghurt (2 Syn's).

1815 Dinner
Spaghetti Bolognese.
Choc Ice Cream (6.5 Syn's).

2000 Snack
Mug Shot, Apple & Banana.

Coffee Mate (1 Syn)

Daily Syn's: 14.5/15

Day 7/7

I've not been to good at completing this diary this week but I have been busy with my Daughters....

Cinema, Spinnaker Tower (I have a serious phobia of heights) and plenty of visits to the park....

I have been on my diet 95% and we'll see how I get on in the Morning!!

Note to Self: Must do better with Posting :)!!

WEIGH IN WEEK 1....

RE-STARTING WEIGHT: 25st 2lb

WEEK 1 WEIGHT: 24st 5lb

WEEKLY RESULT: -11lb.... BOOM!!

RE-START TOTAL: -11lb

WEEKLY TARGET: DON'T PUT ON

(WK2 IS USUALLY A HARD WEEK ESPECIALLY AFTER A BIG LOSS)

NOTE TO SELF: MUST TAKE TIME TO COMPLETE DIARY!!

I know I struggle with the second week as I've re-started many times before, I need to make sure I remain focused....

Lean Ham & Yoghurt.

1745 Dinner
Pork, Potatoes & Veg.
Mini Calippo (3.5 Syn's).

2000 Evening Snack
Mug Shot, Pineapple, Grapes, Cherries & Melon.

Batchelors Rice with Chicken Breast & Strawberries.

Yes I remember your good self!!

The Great South Run was a great experience but I should have used it as a catalyst rather than celebrating the only way I knew :-(!!

Not sure of Syn's but needed a blow out....

Early in getting back on it I know but needed!!
