My name is sophie and im on day 1 of slimming world. Currently 16.10 and want to get down to roughly 12.7.
Turning 30 next month and would like to reach my goal before im 31! Its gunna be hard going but im determined - Ive always been considered the fat friend and getting fed up with it My friend has had great success on slimming world so hope it will work for me.

Lunch was Jacket potato and salad with 3.5 syns of cheese and grapes.
Dinner im going to the pub but decided to have the peri peri chicken with rice. Ive had it before and its lovely. The rice will be free and the chicken/veg. Gunna substitute the garlic bread which comes with it for salad. Synning around 4 for oil and 1 for the peri peri sauce which is the same for nandos and it comes in a little pot on the side.
Drinks - coffee.lots of water and diet coke at the pub.
Gunna have a pud when I get in which will probably be a strawberries and a options hot chocs (syns?)
