    Started Slimming World again yesterday, online this time. So since I've no group to be accountable to, I'm making myself accountable to you fine people!

    Monday 4/8/14

    breakfast: Rachel's organic low fat rhubarb yoghurt 1/2 tub 4 syns (so worth it)
    Half punnet blueberries

    lunch: Heinz spaghetti with sausages 7 syns
    1 slice Wholemeal bread HEB
    1 laughing cow light triangle 1.5

    snack: 1 babybel light part HEA

    tea: prawn curry (king prawns, tinned toms, curry powder, onion, garlic powder, fry light, 0% fat total Greek yoghurt)
    Basmati rice

    supper: 1 Babybel light part HEA
    Cadbury highlights bournville 2 syns
    Skinny cappuccino muller light (yum!)
