Starting the SW journey again

I am starting the SW journey again as of today. I am not joining a group, I am doing this at home. Please let me know if any of my syn values are incorrect as I am doing this all from memory.


Wk1 day 1

breakfast - fried with fry light - egg, mushrooms and tin potatoes with baked beans and tin tomatoes.
black coffee with 1 sugar - 1 syn

Lunch
batchelor rice with mushrooms and onion. 0 syns

Dinner

pasta with spinach, tin potatoes, onion, mushroom with low low cheese spread HEA

dessert

no added suger jelly 0.5 syn with strawberry yogurt and strawberries

Day 3 week 1

breakfast
fried with fry light egg, mushrooms and tin potatoes, with baked beans, tin tomatoes and LM red onion and rosemary sausages with two slices of nimble bread. Coffee black with one sugar. HEB and 1 syn


lunch

batchelor rice with mushrooms, onions served with salad and fat free French dressing
yoghurt

Pasta n sauce with lettuce, cucumber, tomato with fat free French dressing
weight watchers crinkle crisps roast chicken looking at the calories I guess these are 4 syns

Dinner
pasta with courgettes, mushrooms, onion, spinach stirred in low low cheese spread 60g HEA

Dessert

sugar free jelly with strawberries 0.5

3 egg omelette with mushroom, onion and HEA reduced fat cheese served with lettuce tomato and cucumber and fat free dressing
