DIARY CLOSED.

Good morning Mini's, I'm back! For those who know me and follow me, I've taken a short break from the forum recently.

I've been struggling with my weight since May, when I reached my 4st award. Since then I've been up and down (mostly up!) and struggling to stick to plan for whatever reason. I don't want to go into it too much as I don't want to bring all of those negative feelings back up - I am ready to draw a line now. Hence ANOTHER new diary.

Anyway, I go on holiday in 10 days time and, although I am nowhere near what I wanted to be, I want to be "on plan" until then and get rid of as much of this bloat as possible.

I'm currently just following SW from home and I'm not weighing myself at all. At the moment, just actually sticking to plan is the most important thing!

I managed my first full day back on plan yesterday, so lets hope I can keep it up...

Healthy Extra B: 2 x HiFi Light

Good Luck Stevie. Do your best until your holidays, take time off to enjoy them, then come back refreshed and raring to go!

Thanks lovely ladies, good to see I have not totally bored everyone with my on-off SW relationship.

I'm currently planning the rest of the week as I feel more in control and likely to stick to a plan if I have it written down. The only danger zone I can see this week is that we're going to the cinema on Friday night. We've been meant to see "The Inbetweeners 2" for a couple of weeks now, but both times we've had to postpone. Anyway, it's payday Friday and Warren is off work so we're going then. Nando's is right next door so we'll be going for tea first, which is fine and will be totally on plan, but it's the cinema snacks I'll have to prepare for! That's where it all went wrong a few weeks back. But I've managed it before, so I can manage it again!!

Definitely not bored hun. I'm in a very similar position - I don't seem to be able to keep my head in the game for more than a week! You are a massive inspiration because you never give up - you're totally amazing xx

Good luck, I admire you for always coming back and giving it another go, it proves how much you want it x

Thank you both! I know it's hard to believe at times with the way I mess around and sabotage myself, but I want this more than anything. No matter how hard things get or how "wrong" I've gone, I'll never be able to give up. I won't let myself.

Trying to totally forget the past and what I've already done. Not beat myself up about the last few months. And just try to become positive and motivated like I once was.

I know it's a bit daft when I have my holiday in 10 days, and that isn't going to be totally on plan (although I will try my very best to make sensible choices when I can), but the longer I put it off the worse it's going to get. I think not getting on the scales is also helping, as I think I'd have a meltdown if I saw the actual number!

Here to subscribe Stevie xx

Here to subscribe. I love how you've been really honest recently about how you're feeling and the struggles of sticking to plan for so long. We're all here to support you and I know you'll get to where you want to be eventually. I'm sure you can achieve a lot in 10 days and then just relax on holiday and come back for a fresh start.

One thing I am anxious about is whether or not my holiday clothes will even fit me by this point. Think I'll brave trying them on tonight, as I may need to go out and buy new stuff before we go away. That's so bad!

Would you try upping your superspeed? It might not make much difference on the scales, but if you're any way bloated it will help. Melon and pineapple, with drinking extra water, can work wonders.

Note the melon I'm having for breakfast this morning ;)

I am trying to eat plenty of SuperFree which is the best thing you can eat, and will encorporate as many speed / superspeed foods in as possible! Could also do with upping my water too if I'm honest - great tips.

Right, I'm off to fill up my beaker with some water as we speak! x

Nice to see you back Stevie. I was thinking of taking a diet break and just eat small! Good luck and am right here with you. :)

I definitely haven't been eating small lol! Well, some days have been better than others. But none have been 100% SW friendly. Nevermind, that's in the past now. It is what it is - can't change it! Can only improve from it and work on undoing the damage. Good luck! x

Great to see you back & in good form.

Alot of us are having a hard time of late with the diet thing. Sometimes it's nice to have a break from it. Good luck with starting again. I bet your holiday clothes still fit & you look amazing in them.

Yay! Nice to see you back Stevie. So close to holidays now!! I have 4 days until mine :)

I'm sure you'll beat the bloat this week. And as for cinema snacks... I take mine with me most of the time or make the other half go and buy them once we've sat down. ;) Plus, if you've had nando's just before the film you mightn't feel like snacking during the film. Inbetweeners 2 was really funny too, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Hi Hun, here to subscribe to the new diary! Well done for getting back on it - there are lots of us out here at the minute really struggling to keep on track - must be something in the water!!

I know you can do it, and so do you - so here's to a good week :) xx
