Hi ive started a new diary as I'm now at target I'm starting to let things slip and need to remain in control. I do mainly red and green days and trying to be 100% on plan all of the time as eating rubbish just makes me feel rubbish.

Today's food Saturday 30th August

Red Day
Breakfast
35g of coco caramel shreddies hexa and b

Lunch
Ham and cheese salad sandwich hexa and hexb2 and 2.5 syns
Mini slow roasted fridge raiders 1 syn

Snacks
Sticky chicken 1 syn
Melon ss
Fondant fancy 5.5 syns

I used the rest of my syns at a family party in the evening
