I hold my hands up, I am a yoyo dieter and tried Slimming World, Weightwatchers and 5:2 fasting...but always revert back to SW!
I've hit goal both at SW and WW..but always seem to put it back on. Now i'm the heaviest i've been apart from when I was pregnant in 2012...putting on 3 and half stone!! I did manage to lose it all, but the pounds are slowly creeping on, so it stops now! My weight seems to average out at 9st 12lbs-10st...and this morning jumped on scales to see 11st!!!
I've got a major incentive, as i get married to the love of my life at the end of May next year...and looking to get under 9 and a half stone (realistically), but would love to get under 9st (wishful thinking) ready for my big day.
I do know Slimming world pretty well, so i'm guna try and do it on my own for now, as i really struggle to fit the meetings in.
I am going to try and keep a diary, so any suggestions and encouragement would be much appreciated!
