So I've rejoined SW today for the last time!! I've been a member more times than I've changed my underwear...okay, that is a slight exaggeration but I'm sure you get the picture!! I'm going to attempt to update a food diary on here every day, or every two days. Please feel free to pull me up on anything if I'm not getting things quite right.

Breakfast

Salted caramel hi-fi bar (hex 'b'),
Scrambled eggs, baked beans and mushrooms.


Lunch

Last nights turkey curry (home made, SW style) with boiled rice.


Tea

Salmon fillet with boiled potatoes, brocolli and carrots.


Dessert

Strawberries and blueberries with sweetener.


Extras

Hi-fi bar, salted caramel (6 syns)
Salt and vinegar Snack-a-jacks (5.5 syns)
350ml skimmed milk (hex 'a')


I've also had 2 litres of water and 2 mugs of herbal tea....can so tell I'm going to be peeing for England tonight!!!

Breakfast

2 x Weetabix with 375ml skimmed milk (yes, I like my weetabix swimming!!)

Lunch

Jacket potato with cheese and beans (cheese used as syns) with salad including tomatoes and cucumber

Tea

Pork steak with boiled potatoes, mushy peas, mushrooms, mixed vegetables and gravy.

Dessert

Strawberries and blueberries with sweetener.

Extras

Snackajacks
