Okay I'm starting a new food diary, as I'm restarting Slimming World... Currently I'm 13 stone so I've put on about 2 stone since last time I did Slimming World.
Here goes...
Breakfast: Oat So Simple Porridge (HExB) Orange Juice (4 syns???).
Lunch: Mugshot (Chicken Noodle Flavour), 1 Alpen Light Bar (Lemon Drizzle Flavour) (2 syns???) Mullerlight Yoghurt (Banana and Custard Flavour). Wish I'd bought a banana, as my 2/3 SuperFree but I didn't.
Dinner: Can't be bothered cooking so I'm having another Mugshot (Chicken Noodle Flavour), and an Alpen Light Bar (Lemon Drizzle Flavour)
Total Syns: 6
