    Halcyon's New Extra Easy Food Diary

    Okay I'm starting a new food diary, as I'm restarting Slimming World... Currently I'm 13 stone so I've put on about 2 stone since last time I did Slimming World.

    Here goes...
    Breakfast: Oat So Simple Porridge (HExB) Orange Juice (4 syns???).
    Lunch: Mugshot (Chicken Noodle Flavour), 1 Alpen Light Bar (Lemon Drizzle Flavour) (2 syns???) Mullerlight Yoghurt (Banana and Custard Flavour). Wish I'd bought a banana, as my 2/3 SuperFree but I didn't.
    Dinner: Can't be bothered cooking so I'm having another Mugshot (Chicken Noodle Flavour), and an Alpen Light Bar (Lemon Drizzle Flavour)

    Today was terrible...

    Breakfast: Scrambled Egg, 2 slices of Bacon, 2 Sausages (syns???), Mushroom, Tinned Tomatoes, Fried Bread (syns).
    Lunch: Taco Bell (syns).
    Dinner: Not sure yet.

    So all in all a terrible day food wise.

    Today's food was okay...

    Breakfast: Oat So Simple Porridge. Shortbread Biscuit (Oops) (Syns 10).
    Lunch: Chicken Noodle Flavour Mugshot. Banana. Alpen Light Bar (Summer Fruits Flavour)(Syns???).
    Dinner: Bacon (Fat Removed), Scrambled Egg, Mushroom, Tinned Tomatoes, Baked Beans. Alpen Light Bar (Syns???). Banana.

    Total Syns: 15 (correct me if I'm wrong)
    Edited to add: I think those Alpen Light Bars 4 syns each (because they are 79 calories each) so total syns are 18
    Edited to add: Looks like those Shortbread biscuits are 15 syns a go, so I'm way over my syns for the day.

    I've restarted Slimming World... yesterdays food was good

    Breakfast: Porridge (HExA) made with milk and some honey and an apple.
    Lunch: Mugshot (Chicken Noodle flavor) An apple.
    Dinner: Baked Potato, Cheese (Half a HExB the rest synned (5.5)), Baked Beans. An apple.

    Todays food was good.

    Breakfast: Porridge (HExA) made with milk, some blueberries and a banana.
    Lunch: A Mugshot, a banana.
    Dinner: Salad (Tomatoes, Salad Leaves, Cucumber) Baked Potato, Baked Beans, Cheese (HExB)

    Edited to add: I didn't have cucumber in my salad I had Peppers instead. I also had 3 m&s Breakfast biscuits. (12 1/2 syns total)
