Hi Sarah! So, I just realized that I put in the wrong syn value for it. It's actually supposed to be 1 1/2 syns.

My pleasure! It's a really good value for how much you get to eat. On top of that you can have something as a side with it. So you could have ravioli and a side of salad. :) Nothing better than a lettuce/cherry tomato/spinach salad with a drizzle of Kraft light herb and garlic dressing(only 1 syn per level tablespoon) :D

Hi Laura! I'm so happy that my food diary has inspired you! :D It's always nice to have a bit of inspiration when you've got yourself in a rut. Ugh...that pizza...one of my biggest downfalls! But it was sure tasty after being so good this last week. I still had a decent loss though, so I'm happy about that!
 
Don't worry about the pizza, you've been doing really well. My downfall this week was a Chinese on Friday night, but the worst (or maybe the best!) thing was it really wasn't very nice so I didn't eat that much . Hoping it won't come back to bite me on Friday morning when I weigh in!

What day do you weigh?x
 
Thanks, Sarah! I've been a bit off track since Sunday! We wound up busy and had a chinese, which I only ate half of, so then I wound up eating it the next day for lunch. Then yesterday I barely ate anything at all and when I did it was chock full of syns. -sigh- Back on track today though! So, hopefully I won't have a gain this week and if I do I hope it's a small one.

Oh, and I weigh in Monday mornings usually. :D
 
Mmm, pizza is delicious isn't it?! Horrible, cheesey, lovely, goodness. I eat far too much of it as well! Your food looks delicious. Not had chicken ranch salad in forever! My partner is American and I forget how lovely all your food is! Kraft dinner, Ranch dressing....TACO BELL. At least not all of it is available here otherwise we'd be in trouble!

Haha! Yes, I totally agree with you Sunflower! American food is highly addicting and hard to ignore. When I first moved over here I had a hard time making my taste buds happy because everything tasted so different. I've had to adapt though! Pizza is a weakness for me...as is chocolate...and ginger snap cookies....-sigh- I hate being a stereotypical American. Haha!
