Hi all,

Starting slimming world again today after doing every single diet under the sun for the past few years....i find that slimming world is the most family friendly "diet" ... im not a fan of the word diet, more looking for a lifestyle change that I can stick too!

Doing it alone for now as cant make any local groups until my little boy starts nursery in Januray so im going off what I remember and this forum!!

Please help me out if I'm going wrong anywhere, going to be trying to do EE but ive never done this plan before ive always stuck to green/red.

So here goes!

Today's food

Breakfast
2 x 400g warburtons wholemeal (HE B )
2 x egg (microwaved to make egg in a cup)
1 x Orange
Handful of grapes

Dinner
4 pieces of wafer thin ham
2 laughing cow light (HE A)
Lettuce
Cherry toms
3 x seafood sticks
Pickled onions

Tea (daughter is at rainbows tonight so its a quick tea)
Jacket potato
Spaghetti
1 x laughing cow light (HE A)
Salad (lettuce cucumber cherry toms spring onions)

Snacks

Apple
Handful of blueberries

Syns
ALDI romeo chocolate (son stole half of this so 3 syns)
Brooklea fat free yoghurt toffee (3 syns) thought these were free :( ...need to stock up on Muller lights!

Will also have a few cup of tea later using dashes of milk

Is this okay for EE day??

SW chilli con carne (packed with peppers mushrooms onions chilli)

Havent managed to use my HE A today, might grate some cheese on my chilli and will have a couple of cups of tea

Also couldn't get less than 5% meat so I had to get 12% I am going to say 3 syns for my tea to be on the safe side?

Gutted at my Syns total today as I could of said no to the apple tea and also got the wrong fish.... Oh well I will just eat less Syns tomorrow but also as above it not been using all my Syns anyway....can you carry Syns over???

Really hungry today but managed to kurb it....not really looking forward to my tea but just wanted something easy as I'm feeing abit meh today because of TOTM.... Went and met my mum and dad at Starbucks and was so tempted to get the pumpkin spice latte but I resisted as I know the syns were probably more than my daily allowance? Maybe as a treat next week if I get a good wi result :) usually get a caramel frappe but also resisted that haha. Enjoyed my skinny cappuccino though! I meet my mum pretty much every week at Starbucks so it's good to know that I can still have coffee and use my milk as HE A....very impressed! The cakes are a hard one to resist though lol...pleased with my willpower today

Today was a yummy day! Feeling full to the brim after Lasagne....soo tasty!! Time for a bath now then hot choc and watch the soaps :)

Realised my day turned into a red day it was meant to be EE! Also big mistake going to sister in laws today as she had a tub of minature heros and couldn't resist....I think I had 5 but it could of been more, was so mad with myself as was doing well!!
Went on a huge walk with my friend today with our babies in the buggies....included big hills, very out of breath and sweaty! 6.3 miles/10 K.

Great day and even with the chocs only 1.5 syns over. I am pretty sure that huge walk will have completely negated the effect of those mini chocs :)
I like walking but find it so time consuming. Time is something I seem to have very little of these days...always rushing here, there and everywhere, in the car!

Thanks im trying so hard to stick to it 100%! Suppose chocs could of been a big bar instead and alot more damage!

Yeah it is hard to find time sometimes....im lucky that im a stay at home mummy for now so have quite a lot of time in the day on between cleaning and doing the school runs etc but half the time I veg infront of the tellie or browsing on here lol. Feels good walking....my legs are aching this evening, always a good sign!

Yeah today wasnt good, met my mum and dad for dinner at a cafe and planned to have soup/jacket potato but the soup was cream of mushroom soup and they had no jacket pots so I thought id just have whatever....not tooo bad really it could of been worse.

100% this week now though, going to go on a big walk again tomorrow, hopefully 2 miles at least, also limiting my syns to 5 for the next few days! Cannot fall off the wagon!

Completely messed up yesterday was doing so well up until 4pm then something just switched and before I knew it I was literally in the cupboard every 2 mins eating.. .shouting at myself now as I should of got a muller yoghurt or fruit but instead ate half a muffin (it's huge and was probs about 10 syns costco one) jelly sweets of the kids, nutella out of the jar....seriously binged!

Today however is a whole new day, 100% back on plan for today and the rest of the weekend for WI on Monday!

Went shopping last night and got different fruits and also ingredients to make chilli as that was my fave meal last week!
