Starting slimming world again today after doing every single diet under the sun for the past few years....i find that slimming world is the most family friendly "diet" ... im not a fan of the word diet, more looking for a lifestyle change that I can stick too!
Doing it alone for now as cant make any local groups until my little boy starts nursery in Januray so im going off what I remember and this forum!!
Please help me out if I'm going wrong anywhere, going to be trying to do EE but ive never done this plan before ive always stuck to green/red.
So here goes!
2 x 400g warburtons wholemeal (HE B )
2 x egg (microwaved to make egg in a cup)
1 x Orange
Handful of grapes
4 pieces of wafer thin ham
2 laughing cow light (HE A)
3 x seafood sticks
Tea (daughter is at rainbows tonight so its a quick tea)
1 x laughing cow light (HE A)
Salad (lettuce cucumber cherry toms spring onions)
Handful of blueberries
ALDI romeo chocolate (son stole half of this so 3 syns)
Brooklea fat free yoghurt toffee (3 syns) thought these were free ...need to stock up on Muller lights!
Will also have a few cup of tea later using dashes of milk
Is this okay for EE day??
