Hi all! Rather like the food diaries you're all putting up here, it's quite a way to focus on staying on plan.

I'm 5ft 3 and joined Slimming World last week after finally seeing one too many unflattering photographs of myself. I weighed in at a pretty significant 11st. It's all gone on from comfort eating, I think. I binge frequently if stressed, and I got out of a very stressful marriage just last year.

My club ten weight is 9st 13, but my ultimate personal target is 9st. I have been lighter than that but I think it's a sensible place to aim for.

Determined not to waste the rest of my 20s feeling fat and horrible about myself! I love cooking, so hopefully SW will fit in with my lifestyle. Will post pictures of my meals when I remember .
