    Baronessgogo's new food diary

    Im on my 2nd day of slimming world and have a lot of weight to lose!

    Im trying Extra Easy, and will try to remember what i ate yesterday!

    Yesterday - Day 1:

    B: 2x wholemeal bread (HEB)
    Ham
    Lettuce

    L: McCain frozen jacket potato (1 syn)
    Lettuce
    Ham
    Spaghetti Hoops

    D: Steak
    Salad

    S: 2x bananas
    banana & custard muller light
    Rocky road bar (3 syns)
    Coffee with milk (HEA)

    Day 2:

    B: 2x weetabix and milk (HEB) (HEA)
    Banana

    L: McCain jacket potato (1 syn)
    Quark mixed with tuna and grated onion
    salad
    beetroot

    D: Mayflower curry sauce (5 syns)
    chicken
    microwaveable egg fried rice (2 syns)
    mushrooms
    onions

    s: after dinner mint yoghurt x2
    Large marshmallow (3 syns)
    6 seafood sticks
    beetroot

    I dont know whether im doing this right, i feel like im eating too much!

    So im on day 3, had a sneaky weigh in (i know i shouldnt but im very impatient) and i've lost 2 lbs! hopefully this means im doing it right.

    So the plan for day 3 is:

    B: 2 scrambled eggs
    Banana

    L: Mayflower curry sauce (5 syns)
    chicken
    microwaveable egg fried rice (2 syns)
    mushrooms
    onions

    D: Mince, passata, garlic, spaghetti, lettuce, beetroot

    S: coffee with milk (HEA) desperately needed after a bad nights sleep
    2 x Rocky Road bars (HEB)
    Strawberry muller light yoghurt
    Quark with choc options mixed in (4 syns)
