Just back on SW, this is a great tool for diary recording:

B: Weetabix (heb), 125 mls milk (1/2 hea), chopped mango

L: nothing thanks to a constipated and clingy 12m old!

D: 1/4 of tuna cous could salad made with AH sundried tomato cous cous (2 syns I think?), tin tuna in brine, tin of tesco mixed beans in water, red onion chopped, tomato chopped, cucumber chopped, balsamic vinegar, lemon half juice, chilli and garlic salt to season. (0.5 syns per portion)

S: coffee mate 4tsp (3) + sugar 2tsp (2) + 2xdigestive (7) + butter 1.5tsp (3) + frozen Turkish delight muller + frozen curly wurly (6) + 2 teas with milk from hea + 1 peppermint and liquorice tea (21s)

Total syns - 21.5 (oops ... I'll make it up during week)

Exercise: 3.5 mile walk - burned 424 calories
 
Today a struggle as baby boy still ill, only about 3 hrs sleep and all I want to do is comfort eat!!

B: small wholemeal toast x2 (heb), butter x2tsp (4), peanut butter 1tbsp (4.5)
L: portion tuna cous cous salad (0.5)
D: fry light tray bake - chicken breast, sweet potato, carrot, parsnip, red onion, cherry tomato, courgette. Balsamic and Jamaican jerk seasoning.
S: 2x coffee with coffee mate x4tsp (3), sugar x2tsp (2)
2x Tea with milk (hea)
After Dinner Mint muller light frozen
Peppermint & Liquorice tea
Frozen curly wurly (6)
Digestive x1.5 (5.5)
Butter (3)

Syns: 29.5 (Oops, oops, oops!!!)
Exercise: 1.25 mile walk

So tomorrow turned into 4 weeks due to a house full of lurgy an pox. Back on track now tho!

D: lamb cutlet (4s); 2x chicken thighs (2.5s); salad

S: mini savoury egg (2s); cocktail sausage (1.5s); muller light (f); 2x morrisons milk choc continental biscuits (7s); tea with 15ml ss milk (215HEA); 12 frozen grapes (f)

TOTAL SYNS: 19syns

D: Rice, 5 bean salad, tuna, mixed frozen veg with piri piri seasoning (f)

S: 2x satsumas (f); coffee with coffee mate (1.5s) and 1xsugar (1s); tea with 15ml ml ss milk (200HEA); 10x frozen grapes (f), frozen toffee mullerlight (f)

Syns: 3.5 ..... better than 34 a few days ago :))

Managed to lose 1 lb this week yay!

Starting weight was 14st 3lbs
Weight at last weigh in was 12st 13lb
This week down to 12st 12lb so a 1lb loss this week and total loss of 1st 5lbs.

Not as much as i would like but at least it is in the right direction.

Goal is to be under 12 st 7 lb by Christmas xx
 
Not too good at recording this week as still ill and wee one badly teething and all that involves.

Weighed in a day early this week as Christmas lunch today. Managed to lose a whopping 3lbs this week yay!

Starting weight was 14st 3lbs
Weight at last weigh in was 12st 12lb
This week down to 12st 9lb so a 3lb loss this week and total loss of 1st 8lbs.

Goal is to be under 12 st 7 lb by Christmas and its looking acheivable if i can just stay strong this week which is getting more difficult the closer we get to Christmas!! xx
 
Back to diet after Christmas and New Year. Weigh in today and 12st 12.4 so no loss since pre-Christmas but no gain either so all good!

Decided this time to plan in advance rather than after the horse has bolted or syns have been scoffed!! So tomorrow's plan...

B: Porridge with 200ml SS milk & tsp honey (HEB, 200ml HEA) 1 syn
L: Free Potato & Leek Soup Free
D: Brown rice, tuna, mixed bean salad, tomato, onion, peri peri seasoning Free

S: 2xCoffee with 2 tsp sugar and 4 tsp coffee mate (3 syns), 2xtea with 50ml ss milk (50ml HEA), 3/4 bag of cadbury buttons (3 syns), jacobs oddities (5.5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS: 12.5 syns

Starting weight was 14st 3lbs
Weight at last weigh in was 12st 12lb
This week 12st 12lb so static weight loss and overall loss of 1st 5lbs

Next Goal is to be Goal is to be under 11st 12lb by the 4th April i.e. another stone off!
