So OH and I have decided to try for baby no3 and as I have gained over 4 stone with both of my previous pregnancies (and lost it all afterwards with SW) I want minimise the gain this time.

i have put on 10lbs this year, so want to ideally lose that before Christmas if possible. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week doing a combination of spinning, combat and body pump and plan to keep this up too, I will be a yummy pregnant mummy this time, not a big fat lazy flump!!

plan for today is EE

coffee with milk (hex a)

1 hour walk into town with pushchair

latte (rest of hex a +2)

Late brekkie :pancake made with 35g oats and 2 eggs, topped with blueberries, raspberries and banana

mid afternoon: leftover lamb and veg from yesterday with horseradish

dinner: beef slow cooker curry and rice

snacks: 8 mikado sticks (4) fruit

planned syns 8
 
Sooo dd2 has had chickenpox for 4 days now, nursery has said she can go back tomorrow as spots have all crusted over - lovely!

ive been missing the gym like crazy, so OH is going to have her for an hour this morn so I can go to a spinning class

today will be a red day, food shopping coming later so haven't planned dinner yet but rest of food will be:

2x coffee with milk (hex a1)

brekkie - 2 slices hm bread dipped in egg and fried in fry light with bacon and mushrooms with hex a2 cheese grated on top

lots of fruit as snacks

will up date with syns and other food later when I've decided!

Updating with syns and dinner-

mini choc buttons 4 syns

porridge oat and egg pancake with fruit 3 syns for 17.5g oats

Dinner: Steak, chips (hex b), mushrooms, green beans with garlic, cauliflower with spoonful of cheese sauce 2.5 syns

9.5 syns today, will probs have berries and yoghurt later
 
Thanks plainlaurajane! I struggled with my weight until I was 20, then left home and the weight dropped off. I have only put it back on whilst pregnant, so this time I would love to be more in control and keep it to around 2 stone ish. Obvs not pregnant yet so am determined to lose the 10lbs that has crept on this year.

I am always in awe of the girls at the gym that go to classes up until they pop - hopefully that will be me!!xx
 
Morning All

1st October today, and that means Christmas shopping starts in this household!! We have a huge coin pot that we stick all our change in to and I will be taking that to the coin machine today to get the first batch of presents - super exciting!!

No exercise today, apart from walking around the shops.

Going for an EE day-

2 x coffee with milk (hex a)

brekkie- banana, nectarine, Alpen light (hex b)

lunch - prawn stir fry with brown rice, garlic, ginger and soy

snack - other Alpen light and pack mini choc buttons (4 syns)

So Christmas shopping yesterday was a massive fail - nursery called to say dd2 still had 1 chickenpox that hadn't crusted over and I had to go and pick her up. Gutted!

Ended up having bacon and mushroom risotto with a laughing cow blue cheese stirred in, plus some mikado sticks and a punnet of strawberries.
