    Skinny Christmas please

    so I've decided its been wayyy too long! on and off here for years and years, and the only thing that ever stuck was slimmingworld,so im giving it another go, have lots of things coming up and so i want to look even better.have about two and a half stone to lose, wont be attending the meetings as i just don't have time with work, but will weigh myself weekly.
    as of today i weigh 12st11. so ive gained 4lb in about 8 weeks, ive over indulged and its totm so hopefully wont take long to get that 4lb off and more.

    For breakfast today i've had ....
    2 warburtons wholemeal toast (heb + 5syns)
    i cant believe its not butter (4syns)
    half a tin of spahetti (free) with my (HEA) cheese.

    leaving me 6 syns for the day,which will probably go on milk in my tea. but will post my meals once i decide what im having.
    feel free to correct my syns if im wrong, its been a while!

    So lunch I had jacket potato with syn free cottage cheese. Fresh chunks of pineapple and a salad

    And dinner I had bachelor's macaroni cheese (2syns I think?!?) And broccoli + sweet corn. X

    Batchelors mac and cheese is only 1.5 per pack excluding milk and butter saved 0.5 syn but great job on the food.

    Thanks hun. N thats good. Didnt even manage to eat it all!

    Yesterday's food...
    Breakfast boiled eggs and a slice of wholemeal bread (heb)

    Lunch
    Salad with a rice crispie squares bar (6 syns)

    Dinner
    Went to nandos. Had half a chicken with skin removed n by the time id ate that I didn't want the side of chips or coleslaw. So only pinched a few chips and a mouthful of coleslaw.

    Feeling really poorly today. Everyone around me has flu.I have a killer headache and ive got two 12hr night shifts to look forward to this weekend!
    Food isn't going to be easy tonight. As I haven't prepared anything as I didnt get home until late. So ill jus see how I feel.

    I've never been to nandos as the nearest one to me is 35 miles away. But sounds like you did good when you ate out.

    I really hope you feel better soon and everyone stops giving you all their germs
