Hi everyone.

I'm Sarah. I'm 26 from torquay in devon. I've had a minimins account before and done slimming world before. In the last year and a half since I was last on minimins I've only gained 4lbs. But I have over 11 stone to lose. Which is a rather scary prospect but I'm going to take it a day at time. My food can be rather strange and eaten at strange times as I run 2 businesses and work 13/16 hours days 6/7 days a week. But I'm hoping that going back to slimming world will offer me a great reason to become more organised with my eating habits.

Anyway enough of that waffle. Today is my first day and its my day off. First one in almost 2 weeks. But I'm stocked up in my freezer and cupboard. Just need to go get SW friendly fridge stuff at some point.

No lunch or breakfast as by the time I had been shopping for a few bits it was 3pm. Plus I feel really nauseous today for no reason.

I was planning on having a lovely cooked breakfast this morning. But I have a stinking migraine and feel really nauseous again. Only managed fruit so far. Hopefully things will improve by dinner time.

Wow your doing fantastic so far! :) did you know that there are sausages at Sainsburys that are only 1/2 syn each? :)

No I didn't. But sadly I can't get to theblocal sainsburys as I don't drive.

Well after a beast of a day (my back was killing me all night only to get home and find out that * week had started, as soon as I start a 'diet' it decides to show its face after almost 3 months of hiding somewhere ;)) and a busy day at work I don't think I did too bad. Apologies that it's just thrown on plates and in bowls. I didn't have time to make it pretty haha.
