so today i didn't actually have breakfast as it is my first day and didn't want to weight more on the scales, but for lunch i had HEB 2 slices wholemeal bread, tuna and sweetcorn and for dinner i had grilled gammon, broccoli, green beans, petit pois, sweetcorn and new potatoes.

So far today i haven't had any syns, now i can indulge in an evening treat
