    My slimming world journey - Bee

    Had been posting elsewhere but have just found this section and hope to gain advice and wisdom from those who have been on the plan a lot longer then I have ?

    Extra easy and star week

    Monday

    SW peri peri salt chips frylite - 0.5 syns
    Ham
    Scrambled two eggs

    Banana satsuma sf

    150ml diet coke f
    Bottle of water f
    Pukka tea herbal f

    SW chicken jambalaya omitted the quorn sausage and replaced it with prawns which I think it should then all be free foods in the slow cooker made with passata onion peppers lemon rice

    Turkish delight muller f

    Hea glass milk
    Heb bfree wrap with tonight's meal

    Monster munch 6 syns

    Hopefully this is correct eek fingers crossed ????

    Tuesday

    Two figs sf
    One gammon round no fat f
    Two eggs f

    Nearly time to go to the weigh in group eek nervous !!! I haven't planned today but will once returned - thinking cereal and fruit etc so will update shortly ?
