Good evening everyone:wave_cry:

Some of you may have seen me about on here, I have been on minimins since 2012 when I joined Weight Watchers so I could lose some weight before I got married last August! I lost 3stone on weight watchers and I felt amazin!
In December last year I found out I was pregnant with baby number2!! I had Emily in August and since then I have eaten and eaten and eaten and eaten..(well u get the idea!!). I put on some weight after having Lucas my son but not like I have this time!!

Today I joined a Slimming World group with a friend of mine as I have had enough of being fat I have had enough of feelin like a big fat ugly mummy to my kids. I hate the thought of my husband Carl touching me or seein my with no clothes on and that's because of how disgustingly big I have become I have NEVER been this big and im so angry with myself!!!:mad:.
When I walked into the meeting this morning I wanted to cry and when the lady takin the group was going through the ins and outs of SW I had to hold back the tears. I felt proud of myself for goin b ut also felt ashamed she was about to see how much I weighed!
After weighin in at a MASSIVE 20stone 2lb :eek::cry:I thought to myself I had made the right decision and I am more than ready to sort my self out!!! I was asked to set targets but I want to go a stone at a time but eventually I would like to lose maybe 10 stone. I don't always like going by numbers on the scale it is how I look and feel about myself.

A little bit about my self my name is Sammie I am 27 years old! As I have said I have 2 beautiful children Lucas who is 5 in November and Emily who was born in August earlier this year. I married Carl my best friend (although sometimes annoying!!) in August last year we have been together 7 years in November.
I am at the moment a stay at home mum Carl currently works shifts so I like staying home at the moment anyway!!

I hope some of u read this and go on this very long journey with me

Hi good luck with your journey, take it a step at a time rather than looking at the whole picture, we can achieve what we want with a bit of steely determination :)
you've took the first step, that's the main thing and SW is a good plan :)
 
Carl went to Asda today and got me a blender so tomorrow im going to make some soup for my lunches. I have also made a quiche type thing. I have cottage cheese in but forgot to use it lol!! but I have used some potato's yellow and green peppers onion garlic all free. I have cut it up and put it in the fridge for when I feel like grabbing some chocolate or a massive bag of crisps lol.

I need to remember that too, I'm too impatient and expect to be a size 8 next week (lmao)

Haha i expected 2 wake up this morning 2 stoner lighter and was suprised 2 find i was ! Any of u got any soup recipes? Im not the best cook to b honest!!!
We are havin all our hallway and front room plasters so our house is a tip our dinning room is jus a no go and our kitchen isnt much better. I have kept too it cookin tho!! I had a really busy mornong so jus grabbed 2 bits of my quiche out the fridge.
Which im pleased with.
We decided to go out for lunch as well n i feel i did well.

Todays food

Grilled chicken breast i swapped my chips for a big side salad

Dinner
Sw chips
2 ww sausages (1)
Roasted pepper and onion

'Fried' egg

Brought some cereal to have in a morning now which im pleased about.

I am off out saturday night.... its my first night out after havin emily. Carl will b lookin after lucas and emily and i no he will b fine but im already worryin haha! !!

Im doin weekly syns i was told to have 5 to 20 syns a day.
140 syns a week!!!!
This week i have had 15 so i have 125syns left

Always feel good when eating out and making healthy choices

Saturday night sounds like it's going to be fun, try not to worry too much I'm sure he will be fine. Everyone does though!

Sorry i havent been around for a couple of days! Friday the plasterer dont turn up until 1pm!!! He was meant 2 b here at 9am! Now i no him i went t school with him and i believe if he dint no me he wouldnt of done it and i got cross. Then coz he was doin tje livong room and our dinning room and kitchen was full of stuff we headed out.
We went 2 mcdonalds i jad the grilled chocken n bacon salad...urgh was dosgustin the chicken was SO dry and bacon was so fatty . I jus had my diet coke!!!!!
Then stayed out until after Lucas football traon4ing had done..bloody power cut aarrgghhhh so i had a dry chicken chow mein i pointed it 9syns.
I was so glad wen friday was over!! Last night was good

If i remember i had 10vodkas and 1 vs so im sayin 50syns. With me chowmein friday im sayon i have maybe 60 syns left..more than enough id say!!

Ooo forgot t say im off 2 great yarmouth this week worh my huzsband and 2kids im lookin forward 2 it jis gotta stay on track as much as possoble!!
