Hi all,:)

Started SW on Tuesday and hopefully a diary will help keep me on track.

A bit about me - I've done every diet known to man (and some unknown!) and want this one to stick this time!! I LOVE processed food (Breaded chicken my absoloute fav!!) so will struggle a bit giving it up, but I know it's not healthy!

I'm 43 and I want to lose 5 stone - no I NEED to lose 5 stone -this is the heaviest I've been in years :( Going back to the Gym from tomorrow onwards too - so hopefully that'll speed up the loses!

So from Tuesday to today.

Wednesday: EE plan
Breakfast:
2x Weetabix -hexB
skimmed milk -hexA
Melon/Pineapple fruit salad

Lunch:
Steamed chicken breast
Salad (lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers)
VLC Salad cream (1syn)

Dinner:
2x Birdseye Chicken Chargrills (6 syns)
Salad
Mullerlite

Snacks:
Muller Cherry fuitopolis (1/2 syn)

Total syns 7.5 :D


THURSDAY: EE Plan
Breakfast:
2x Weetabix -hexB
skimmed milk -hexA
Melon/Pineapple fruit salad

Lunch:
Steamed chicken breast
Salad (lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers)
VLC Salad cream (1syn)

Dinner:

SATURDAY: EE plan

2x Warburton 400g wholmeal loaf
2x frylite fried eggs

Lunch:

Fruit salad

Dinner:
Diet Coke Chicken (with veg) (yum)
SW Wedges
Mullerlite

Snacks:
Amaretto: 4.5 syns (mmmmmmmmmm)

Managed to avoid reeses peanut cups at work today -which is a mircacle! They're like a drug to me! Seeing how low my syns are today I could have had one! Oh well, I'm sure I wouldn't have stopped at one!

Weigh-in tomorrow night. Nervous!

Weigh in day today - lost 5.5! I know it's more because it's my first week, but am VERY happy to have such a good start :D

so food today:

Tuesday:

Breakfast
2x weetabix (HEb)
Skimmed milk (HEA)
Fruit salad: Strawberries; kiwi; Melon

Lunch:
Batchelors cous cous deli box

Dinner:
McCains french fries 100g - 5 syns
Baked beans

Snacks:
Mug shot
Slimming world Caramel bar - 6 syns

NO Veg today - was very rushed at lunch so had to have it on the go, then it's 9pm when I got back from SW so needed something quick. Will have lots tomorrow!

Busy day, was out and about so didn't have any fruit with my breakfast- so was starved by 11 - had a SW bar, meaning I'm over on my syns today. Not too worried though as I normally only have 5 or so a day, so it'll average out over the week!

Wednesday:

Weetabix and milk (HEA/B)

Lunch:
Batcherlors delibox noodles (1 syn)

Dinner:
2x Tesco finest beef steak burgers (13 syns)
Heinz 5 beans
Big salad
Salad cream (1)

Snacks: SW bar (6 syns)

apple pieces

total syns: 21


Made up a big salad for tomorrow's lunch - must get more prepared!
