Lunch
Salad
Batchelors pasta quiche using cheese and broccoli (1 syn) and additional onions and spinach
4 blue cheese dairy triangles (heA)

Dinner
More quiche (was too tired to cook anything)
1 x low fat alpen bar (5 syns) need to check this but guess it's about right

Snack
1 cup of cadburys highlights (2 syns)
Bag of oddities (5.5 syns) I think

Lol, and nothing wrong with a night in and good film and yep, try the jackets, it's handy to do all different sizes and you can pick and choose!

You could always cook a good curry on Saturday and have a night out- in! Hubby made a lovely curry last week, chicken thighs with zero syns (omg my life revolves around food lol) if you want the recipe,

Off to Amsterdam btw!

Classic chicken curry - serves 4 - free on original

2lb 4oz chicken thighs, skinless and boneless and chopped into large pieces
Salt and ground black pepper
Fry light
I onion peeled and diced
2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cardamom seeds
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 turmeric
400g chopped toms
1/2 pt chicken stock
1/4 artificial sweetener ( though hubby didn't add this)

Looks a huge ingredient list but curry was amazing and you'd definitely make it over and over again x
