Doing it the right way...

Hiya, I'm allison and I'm 30. I have 3 beautiful daughters who are 9 7 and 5, and I'm a staff nurse. Over the last 2 years or so I lost nearly 9 St firstly by doibg slimming world and in the latter 10 months or so I developed a degree of disordered eating which I'm still battling. I was 7st 10 at my lowest and now a year later after binge eating and awful cycles of starving and bingeing I'm now 13st 9

anyway, I'm here now to lose some of the weight in a healthy way and overcome my demons once and for all!

lunch: Special K cereal bar (half of b)
Tin of chopped tomatoes (are these super free?)

dinner: mission deli wrap 9 syns
Mixed salad free
Birds eye garlic and herb chicken 8 syns



snacks crisps 4.5syn
Yoghurt onken fat free 5 syns
2 tangerines
2 plums

Total: 26.5syns :confused:

struggled a bit today and felt the age old feelings telling me that my losses will be better if I eat less :mad: but this isn't what this is about for me this time! I need to get into the way of thinking that I'm not dieting, I've just changed the way I eat.

dinner: homemade spicy chicken goujons
Oven roasted baby potatoes

Carrots

Honestly they were so so nice! Will defo make them again, much nicer than any shop bought chicken lol
i lost 7lbs this week!! So happy, good little kick start to this whole thing :D
 
Wow that a great result welldone and I think I will give those ago - I'm following extra easy plan and hope to get some good losses now :)
