Diary of a Fussy eater who can't cook.......

I can't cook, love sugar, emotionally eat and have no control when it comes to chocolate and I'm an extremly fussy eater (really, it's quicker to write what I do like, than what I don't like!)

Oh and I also suffer from a bulging disc and advanced degenerative disc disease which causes me to suffer with chronic back pain. So excercise is difficult.

But dispite all this I'm determind to lose weight and get down to 10 stone.

Wednesday will be my 6th weigh in at Slimming world and I'm hoping for another 2 lost. Giving me a grand total of 11 pounds lost.
 
Weekends are notoriously bad for me..... as I sometimes forget to eat

6 - Healthy Living Chocolate Mousse
