Hi everyone!!

So it was my first WI on Monday and I started Tuesday. I had previously lost 6 and half stone on my own through exercise and healthy eating but had put 1 and half stone back on through messing around so decided to join SW to get back into a routine of eating healthily - so it begins...

Day 0 - WI 16 3 (shocking!!!)

Day 1
B:
20g porridge / 10g flaxseed (heb)
160ml soya milk (hea)
Banana

L:
Jacket potato, ham and salad


T:
BLT (bread 6 syns, extra light mayo 0.5 syns)

Snacks:
Mullerlight, ham, carrots & hummus (5 syns) banana

Omelette & tomato

Tuna & mayo (1 syn), tomato, basil and mozzarella (hea) salad

T:
Cauliflower bake - SW recipe (8 syns)

Post work out: protein shake (6 syns)

Mullerlight, orange, apple, banana, 1 x brown bread (heb)

Smoked salmon, scrambled egg & mushroom

L: Hearty chicken soup - SW recipe, 1 slice of brown bread (heb)

T: Chicken tikka curry, grated cauliflower, SW chips, WW nan bread (5.5 syns)

Snacks: banana, apple

Day 4

Roasted veg pizza - SW recipe (5.5 syns - base, 20g mozzerella hea)
Sweet potato wedges
Salad

Snacks: banana, apple, muller light, 2 x rice cakes with 25g philly light chocolate & banana (6.5 syns)

Salmon sandwich (SW recipe) on wholemeal (heb)

When you get into it there's loads of stuff/ideas on SW for meals etc :)
 
Thanks Zafira - I'm looking for a slow cooker curry recipe - preferably lamb as I've got that in so will have a nosey on here

Today was a weird one as I did a at boot so was up at 5am ? I did however manage to resist the temptation of a bacon butty and fizzy full fat coke which I would of previously had - as I "needed" the energy!!!

Day 6

Roast chicken dinner with veg and potatoes, Yorkshire pudding (4 syns) and gravy (5 syns) - total guess on the gravy
