Back to SW for my Feb Wedding... diary!! :)

Ok so I'm gonna start a diary from tomorrow hoping to lose a stone from now until Feb! Any tips appreciated!!!!
 
So far today...
B- banana and Greek style low fat yogurt aldi
L - salad ham rice
Snack - one butlers chocolate 3 syns?
Bag manhatten popcorn 6 1/2 syns
Hot chocolate. .. not sure of syns but gonna say 6 syns hope I'm close
D- spag bol with gluten free spaghetti less than 5% mince tinned tomatoes mushrooms peas sweet pepper.

Can anyone tell me if above looks ok??
Total syns... 15 and half

Aw your a little star my HE was my milk no idea what the hot chocolate was but I won't be having anymore... already feel better today after day 1. I've a xmas dinner out tonight but I'm gonna be careful after that I will be sticking with vodka and diet 7up. Had u any losses this week? X

Ah that's good, it all gets so confusing at first and I was really grateful for all the help I got on here! So I try and give back a little :p
I managed to lose half a lb this week- no idea how as I had an atrocious weekend but ill take it!
The good thing about sw is that life goes on and you don't need to feel guilty for treats.
Did you say you're getting married in feb? X
 
Ye valentines day and my first dress fitting is tomorrow but it's fits perfect at the mo but any excess weight it won't so I'm under a bit of pressure!!!!
 
Today's diary so far.. its gonna be bad cos we have our xmas party later!!
B - 2 muller light toffee and banana 1 syn
L- 2 sourdough bread :( ham stuffing cranberry sauce (no idea of syns )
2 thorntons sweets (7 syns)
D- later tonight will be crab cakes and salad
Turkey ham and veg and dessert is a chocolate caramel shortcake :) I'm gonna be way over but I plan to be very good tomorrow :)
