Hi all am I on the right track with red day as I seem to put on with extra easy?

2 bacon no fat
150g beans Hb
Fruit pot

Tea
Mini chicken fillets cooked in blue dragon chilli dipping sauce 4 tsp ( not sure of syns in sauce)
Fruit pot

Snacks
Muller greek peach yogurt 1/2
Curley wurly 6
Skinny popcorn 4
