Wow....What a lovely year. This time a year ago I was a lovely healthy happy weight and then I got pregnant. I started with good intentions of staying away from 'I can have what I want because I'm pregnant' excuse but the last 3 months I did go a bit crazy. So I had my beautiful girl 4 months ago and my life has changed for the better. However I'm almost 20lbs heavier. Up until now I've not attempted to lose the weight as I was breastfeeding and a busy new mum but now the time feels right. I want to get to my target weight for my friends wedding on the 31st July, so I have plenty of time.
I'm planning on sticking with extra easy rather than the new SP, I thought this diary would be a good motivation to track my weight loss (I hope) and food and recipes.
I begin tomorrow - wish me luck
