    Slims Diary - Lose The Baby Weight

    Wow....What a lovely year. This time a year ago I was a lovely healthy happy weight and then I got pregnant. I started with good intentions of staying away from 'I can have what I want because I'm pregnant' excuse but the last 3 months I did go a bit crazy. So I had my beautiful girl 4 months ago and my life has changed for the better. However I'm almost 20lbs heavier. Up until now I've not attempted to lose the weight as I was breastfeeding and a busy new mum but now the time feels right. I want to get to my target weight for my friends wedding on the 31st July, so I have plenty of time.

    I'm planning on sticking with extra easy rather than the new SP, I thought this diary would be a good motivation to track my weight loss (I hope) and food and recipes.

    I begin tomorrow - wish me luck

    Good luck, I joined class last night and have between 1.5 to 2 stone to lose! Starting plan today and excited, we will do great I'm sure! X

    Slims Diary - Lose The Baby Weight

    Not exactly stuck to plan today, mainly because we didn't get to Tesco until 3pm. However I am now organised. Have all that I need to have a good start. Saying that I've been fairly good, I have a really tasty slow cooked chicken casserole this evening. Tomorrow I will continue to be good and also have a wine or 2 to toast the new year. Then Thursday will be my real start.

    I'm trying to understand the new 'Extra Easy SP'

    So Thursday I will weigh in and begin properly.

    I tried EE SP on sat, but went wrong after not reading it properly
    It's very much like a red day(if you know those?).....basically no or very minimal carbs...
