my food diary, extra easy :)

Decided to start a food diary for myself, if anybody thinks I need to change anything, please let me know! Still trying to get my head round everything!

Ok here is todays food -

Breakfast:
3 egg omelette with mushroom and tomatoes. No oil.
Cup of tea with skimmed milk, no sugar.

Lunch:
2 slices plain wholemeal bread with half a tin of beans.
Stick of celery and an apple.
Cup of tea with skimmed milk, no sugar.

Tea:
Courgette, parsnip, onion and carrot roasted with olive oil fry light, and 2 chicken breast with mashed swede.


I haven't calculated any syns yet, I am thinking of adding a sugar to my cups of tea, and having a freddo chocolate bar.

is the w/m bread from a small 400g loaf? i.e 60g ? take it that's your HEB :)
and skimmed milk your HEA...you can have 350 ml of that or like i do sometimes half with half of cheese or something :)
 
Thanks, no just worked out the bread was wrong one so from searching on here I need to add 2 syns as it was 80 grams worth of bread, and 60 grams is a hexb, so the extra 20 grams is 2 syns.

I don't drink much tea so will either get a jug with the 350ml in the morning and use that for the day, or maybe half cheese like you suggested.

Todays food -

Breakfast: muller light and an apple

Lunch: bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms, tomato and onion, all cooked in fry light. 2 slices wholemeal bread (2 syns)
Cup of tea with sweetener.

Tea: Jacket potato with stagg classic chilli (5 syns) and salad.

Tonight I will have a freddo (5 syns) and cup of tea with sweetener.

Total today of 12 syns!
 
Food looks lush... especially lunch! Yum!

Great choice with the freddo! I always have Cadbury's Fudge bars in and freeze Curlywurly's for a handy sweet treat.

Yeah I'm doing extra easy, are you? Lunch was very nice lol! I love love love stagg chilli classic, so pleased its only 5 syns! I can't wait to weigh myself, I have to wait 'til Saturday! I am normally on them every day when dieting lol so going to find it hard staying away from them I think!

I'm doing Extra Easy SP this week to give myself a kick start but then I will be on Extra Easy with the odd SP day thrown in (probably if I've had a night out ha!)
Wow, only 5 syns? I will have to buy a tin in for evenings when I don't feel like cooking... or 'emergency teas' as I call them haha! I meant to look at some of the M&S count on us tins for emergency tea's too. I think the count on us stuff will be quite low syn.

I can't wait for Saturday too. I'm usually a serial weigher and check every morning but I've asked my mum to hide the scales. There's a thread somewhere in the boards for people who weigh in on Saturdays, I'm using it as my online group. You should join :)

Lunch: ham and tomato omelette and a stick of celery.

Tea: Corn on the cob, grilled chicken breast and salad.

Tonight I will have a freddo (5 syns) and a hot chocolate (2 syns).

Didn't get chance to come on yesterday. So here it is -

Breakfast: Muller light and blueberries. Apple. Cup of tea with skimmed milk and sweetener.

Lunch: Cous cous (1 syn) celery.

Tea: Bacon, mushrooms, tomato, beans, potato, egg, wholemeal bread (2 syns)

Freddo (5 syns) options hot chocolate (2 syns) Total of 10 syns yesterday.

Food sounds fab again! I'm really enjoying that I don't have to count every single thing or feel guilty or paranoid over what I am eating.

Not had chance to get on yesterday again so here is yesterdays food!

Breakfast: muller light, banana and an apple

Lunch: 2 slices wholegrain bread (2 syns) tomato puree, cherry tomatoes, ham, low fat cheese (part of hex A) all grilled to make mini pizzas. Really nice!

Tea: Roast chicken breast with parsnip, potatoes, carrots, onions and sweetcorn.

2 cups of tea with skimmed milk and sweetener.

2 fun size chocolates totalled 9 syns so total of 11 syns yesterday.
 
Today was my weigh in day, lost 4 pounds :D my partner is doing slimming world too and he has lost 11 pounds!

Todays food -

Breakfast: muller light, banana, apple and blueberries.

Lunch: omelette, mushrooms, ham, tomato and cheese.

Tea: turkey burgers with wholemeal roll and salad. May have to syn an extra roll in lol. Am going hunting for a syn free sauce to have on this I think.

Tonight depending on syns will be a fun size chocolate and options hot chocolate :)
