Donna's wedding slim - 7 months to lose and maintain

Right so it's Jan and I have 7 months to my big day, ideal-y I would like to lose 1 stone by Easter.... then either maintain that or lose another half a stone and then maintain that (depending on how I feel when I lose the first stone.) I want to look great on my big day not be too slim, I've been a stone and a half lighter before but some people said I looked too slim, so I'd have to see how I felt.


Today (Saturday 3rd Jan) has been a fab SW day


Breakfast - strawberry yogurt (2 syns) graze granola strawberry topper (6 and a half syns)
Lunch - chicken, jacket potato, pea's and grilled tomato
Tea - pasta with chicken, mushrooms, onions and philli light (HEA)
Snacks - I haven't had any yet, but if I feel I need them throughout the evening I can have kellogs chewie delight (HEB), apple, orange, pear, syn free pancakes with blueberries and banana. might have a little choc for 4 syns... we'll see how the evening goes though
 
So today went as planned, with only the cereal bar and an orange as snacks. I feel well chuffed with myself, haven't felt the need to snack more, which I'm surprised at as before when I've done sw I've eaten loads, been snacking all day and all evening ect. (which wasn't a problem as I still lost weight)
 
Today I'm having a green day :D

Breakfast - porridge (HEB) with blueberries and banana (HEA for milk.... the rest will be used in drinks)
Lunch - Jacket potato with cottage cheese, onions and cherry tomatoes
Tea - Quorn Chilli with rice (made with loads of veg) and topped with Cheese (HEA)
Snacks - none yet but will have lots available if I need them, such as alpen light (HEB), apple, orange, boiled eggs, pear, chocolate for my syns (not sure what yet but I have a tin full from Christmas)
 
I'm back at work tomorrow so need to put a bit more planning into what I'm going to be eating. Also need to avoid the tonne's of chocolate and biscuits I knows waiting there in the staff room :/

Or track any syns of things I do eat, but to be honest I prefer having my syns at home on an evening, or at least on my own terms. I shocked myself yesterday having them for breakfast and not wanting anything later on.
 
Todays plan - green again

Tea - quorn meatballs with a tomato sauce (made with loads of veg) and pasta, topped with cheese (HEA)
Snacks - kellogs chewy delight (HEB) freddo with popping candy (5 syns) kitkat orange (5 syns) apple, orange, pear

Breakfast - porridge made with water (HEB) with banana and blueberries
Lunch - quorn chilli with rice
Tea - chicken curry made with philli (HEA) and rice
Snacks - banana, apple, orange, muller light vanilla, freddo with popping candy (5 syns) orange kitkat (5 syns)
 
Found this again and thought I might as well keep it up :)

Looking at my starting post I am very happy, as I didn't think I had lost any weight since then, but I must have done as to get to 9 stone 7 lbs I have 9lbs to lose (from last WI-Tuesday) Still hoping to get there by Easter. I have been on plan all week, which is the first week since this week when I started this diary probably. But I am feeling very focused at the moment.


Todays plan - EE

Breakfast - rice pudding with blackberries and blueberries
Lunch - Omelette
Tea - Curry and rice
Snacks - milk (HEA) either two alpen lights or one kellogs chewie bar as HEB, syns will be some chocolate from my syn tin. banana, apricot, crabsticks, apple (depending on what I fancy and how hungry I am)

We're off to my nephews Birthday party today, so going to have lunch before we go, hopefully will be able to resist all the party food then. (might even take some fruit/cereal bars with me in case I do feel tempted)

Breakfast - shreddies (HEB and HEA)
Lunch - ASDA chickpea dhal (I forgot to make a quiche last night)
Tea - Chilli and wedges with cheese (HEB)
Snacks - loads of fruit, cereal bar (HEB) possibly syn free pancakes and berries
