Hi everyone!!

I am new to slimming world and had my first day today following the EE plan!! I recently lost about a stone and a half on a calories controlled/heavy exercise plan but hit a wall and have been struggling and put around 3/4 of a stone again and so was recommended slimming world!!

I have read lots of posts saying that it does not matter about the amount that you eat as long as it sticks to the plan, but after 4+ months of eating less than 1000 calories a day I am finding this really hard to believe so would appreciate some guidance on whether my day was normal for slimming world of if I am in fact eating a bit too much and need to cut down!!

so today I had:

2 hi fi bars (counted as healthy extra b)
1 muller light Greek style yoghurt (1/2 syn)
banana (super free)
apple (superfree)
butternut squash soup ( free- slimming world recipes)
salmon, broccoli and slimming world chips (free - used fry lite for chips)
2 x chocolate chip snackajacks (3 syns apiece - 6 in total)

could anyone one give me any advice as to whether I have got the hang of this or need to cut down? I only ask because I haven't been hungry all day and am going to bed with a full stomach which I have never experienced on a diet before so cannot get my head around the da t I could lose weight off eating this much although I know this is what everyone says!

thankyou in advance!!!

Hi
Your diary looks quite good. Just a couple of things.... were the HiFi bars light, if so 2 is ok, but if not only 1 is allowed as a HEB.
Do you know about the new plan - bananas are not now Super Free although they are still free.

Good luck with your journey
