    Talking 2015 My lifestyle change with food!

    I am going to use this thread to have a running food diary.
    I really enjoy eating slimming world meals and love cooking but teaching takes so much of my time that convenience has been the way forward over the last 6 months and before too.
    Last week we have had some gorgeous meals I will get the pics uploaded on the next post and these have aided my 10lb weight loss this week

    Tried the slimming world three colour carbonara last night and it was really nice 😊
    Would make the sauce a bit thinner next time but it was nicer than I was expecting!
    Out for tea again tonight 😣 can't cancel via have not seen this friend properly for ages even tho we work together - I hardly get out of my classroom 😒
    Will make good choices again!
    Looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in! Hope I got my 4lb 😝
