Jade's Getting Slim for Summer 2015

Welcome to my diary :) I follow Slimming World's Extra Easy Plan (and now Extra Easy SP) and I weigh on Thursday evenings at group.
I lost 2st with Slimming World in 2013 and then put 2.5st on during pregnancy with my daughter who was born in April 2014. I have been on and off plan since she was born and have started various diaries on here which didn't last very long.
My maternity leave was just fabulous, I spent it eating cake and drinking coffee with my friends and our babies but it's left me feeling more frumpy mummy than yummy mummy. Now that I'm back to work full time, I have a proper routine again and more time to write on here. This Summer I will get the confident slim me back!!!

13/01/2014 - Extra Easy

First entry in my new food diary even though i've been on plan all week. Off work today as Emilia is poorly so making the most of being at home with her.

Breakfast - magic porridge (35g porridge oats (hexb), 1 Mullerlight Vanilla with Dark Chocolate Sprinkles)

Lunch - Mugshot Tomato & Herb, handful of cherry tomatoes, 1 Mullerlight Vanilla with Dark Chocolate Sprinkles)

Dinner - Beef and noodle stir fry (extra lean beef, dried noodles, various stir fry vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, various herbs & spices)

Other - 375ml skimmed milk (hexa) and sweeteer in cups of tea, Go Ahead Strawberry Yoghurt Breaks (7.5), Kallo Belgium Choclate with Caramel Pieces Ricecake (3.5)

Total Daily Syns - 11/15
Total Weekly Syns - 80.5/115

14/01/2015 - Extra Easy SP

I'm giving Extra Easy SP a go today! I think i've got it right but if I haven't, please let me know.
Back at work today and Jason is at home looking after Emilia for the rest of the week. I love having time with her at home but its so frustrating that we still have to pay her nursery fee's even when they wont allow her to attend due to illness.

Breakfast - 1/2 Pink Lady apple, 1 Special K Chewy Milk Chocolate cereal bar (hexb 1 of 2)

Lunch - 75g Philadelphia Light (hexa) and tomato toastie (using 2 slices of Hovis Nimble as hexb 2 of 2), 1 23g bag of Pop Chips Barbecue (5), 1 necterine

Dinner - 3 egg omlette with bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes

Other - 100ml semi skimmed milk (2.5)

Total Daily Syns - 7.5/15
Total Weekly Syns - 88/115

15/01/2015 - Extra Easy

So happy to see some sunshine today! I'm absolutley full of a cold and feel a bit muzzy headed today.
Weigh in tonight and i'm nervous!!! I upped my syns to 115 for the week as we enjoyed a spa day on Saturday which wasn't on plan and I'm not sure how that will affect me :confused:

Breakfast - 1 banana, 1 can Red Bull Sugar Free

Lunch - 4 Ryvita Mediterranean Herb (hexb + 2.5) topped with 75g Philadelphia Light (hexa) and cherry tomatoes

Dinner - not sure yet as it will be after WI

Other - 1 Kellogs Nutigrain Strawberry (6.5)

Total Daily Syns - 9/15
Total Weekly Syns - 97/115
 
Popping by to subscribe. Seen you pop up in Lils and Gings diary and I think I used to read your diary back in the day when I first started SW (summer before last) so thought I'd come say hi :) x

congratulations on on your bundle of joy.

i am on SW journey too and plan to reach target by Summer 2015 59.5lbs to go (lost 10.5lbs since 31st Dec 2014)
