    Binkybonk needs to lose weight SW style....

    Hi I am Binkybonk,

    I have been following CC for over six months and managed to lose a stone, I joined my local slimming world group last week and am really enjoying it so far, i want to learn healthy habits that will get me to goal and to help me maintain afterwards, so here goes x
    My weight loss journey so far-

    Start weight May 2014 12st 5lbs
    2014 - Lost 1 stone following CC
    Start Weight January 2015 11st 5lbs now following SW EE

    Snack- Quavers (5.5 Syn) and a vanilla mullerlight, 2 x light baby bel (HeA)

    Total - 8.5 Syn, 5 of five a day and He A&B

    Friday-

    B- Cup of tea (3 Syn) Banana, Apple and mixed Melon chunks
    L- Chicken breast and lots if cucumber sticks
    D- Chicken breast and vegetables with chicken stock
    P- Mullerlight, strawberries and Merringe (2.5 Syn)
    Snack- Popcorn bag (2.5 Syn) a mullerlightand cadbury's highlight (2 Syn), 2x GF brown bread toasted with 3x baby bel lights sliced (He A and B)

    Total - 10 Syns, 6 of five a day and He A&B

    Saturday-
    B- Cup of Tea (3 Syn) Apple and mullerlight
    L- Chicken breast & 10 x chips (4 Syn)
    D- Pork/Beef vegetable rolls from M&S
    P- Melon and Raspberries
    Snack- 3 x light baby bel and cadbury highlight (2 Syn)

    Total - 9 Syns, 4 of five a day, He A

    Sunday-
    B- 1/2 overnight oats (vanilla muller, frozen berries) (1/2 HeB)
    L- Bacon no fat x 2, 1 x egg in frylight, baked beans & plum tomatoes
    D- Rice, onion, sweetcorn, pepper, broccoli, egg, stock and grated cheese (HeA)
    P- 1/2 overnight oats (1/2 HeB) with Raspberry, strawberry & Melon
    Snack - Curly Wurly (6 Syn) Popcorn (2.5 Syn) Cup of tea (1/2 Syn)

    Monday-

    Hi Blinkybonk,
    how are you finding it? It can be quite hard to go from CC to SW as on CC you watch everything you put in your mouth, are you finding it hard to adapt to being able to eat as much free food as you like? Your food is looking good though x

    Hi Barbette *Waves*

    I thought i would find it hard but i really trust the plan so have thrown myself in 100% and decided not to worry and it definitely worked my first week =)

    I much prefer this method as I am not constantly panicking and working out the calories, i just stick to the right foods, the bf has decided to do the plan with me, he started Monday and is enjoying the meals so far and has lost about 2 1/2lbs in four days but he has found it harder to stick to the Syns x

    It is Sainsburys 6 pack of 10g bags (2x salt, 2x s&V, cheese and chive) they are 50cal a pack which is 2.5 Syns isn't it? x

    Tesco do a multi six pack of sweet, salt and sweet and salty but they are 70 cals each so 3.5 Syn instead x
